Services for Mrs. Elizabeth F. Haag, 79, 3349 South Meridian Street, widow of William J. Haag, will be held at 9 a.m. Wednesday in the Lauck Funeral Home and at 9:30 a.m. in St. Roch Catholic Church, of which she was a member.   Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery.   Mrs. Haag died Sunday in Jackson County Hospital at Seymour.   A native of Jennings County, she was a resident of Indianapolis 47 years.   Survivors include a son, Virgil W. Haag of Indianapolis, and four daughters, Mrs. Francis C. Schaltterer of Seymour and Sister Rosemary A. Haag C.S.J.; Mrs. Helen B. Merkel and Miss Anna Marie Haag, all of Indianapolis.
