Mr. Hauersperger was a self-employed painter and a member of St. Ambrose Catholic Church, Seymour. He was a member of Knights of Columbus and a former member of the Eagles Club, both of Seymour. He enjoyed the outdoors. His love was to camp, fish and hunt.
Born August 19, 1958, at Seymour, he was a son of Raymond A. and Mary Joan Sinkes Hauersperger, both of whom preceded him in death.
Mr. Hauersperger is survived by three daughters, Mandi Hauersperger (Ron) Cupp, Indianapolis, Jodi Miskell, Bloomington, and Holli Hauersperger, Brownstown; a special friend, Velia Barger, Seymour; two brothers, Gib Hauersperger, Mexico, and Allan (Susan) Hauersperger, Seymour; three sisters, Beth (Chuck) Brackemyre, Seymour, Barb (Bill) Ostdiek, North Carolina, and Sally (Roger) Doyle, Seymour; and several nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
He was preceded in death by a sister, Julie Ann Hauersperger.
The Reverend Todd Goodson will conduct funeral services at 7 p.m. Friday at Voss and Sons Funeral Service, Voss Chapel, Seymour.
Friends may call from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
Memorials may be given to the children’s school fund or to the donor’s choice.
