Mr. O'Neal was president of O.A.S. Inc., Seymour. He was a member of St. Ambrose Catholic Church, Seymour; A.S.P.R.S.; Knights of Columbus and Jackson County Sertoma Club.

Born August 30, 1937, in Louisville, he was the son of Noble O'Neal and Lillian Ulmer O'Neal Roegiers.   He had lived in Jackson County since 1978. On November 23, 1986, in Louisville, he married Elizabeth Brylinski.   She survives.

Other survivors include four sons, Frank W. O'Neal, Shannon K. O'Neal, Daniel L. O'Neal, and Jason O'Neal, all of Seymour; a daughter, Rhonda F. O'Neal, Seymour; a sister, Barbara Harrison, Louisville; three stepdaughters, Kristiane Warner, North Carolina, and Julianna Thomas and Melissa Foga, both of Seymour; and two grandchildren, Nichlaus O'Neal and Aaron O'Neal, both of Seymour.

He was preceded in death by three brothers, Harvey O'Neal, Noble O'Neal and Charles Roegiers.

The Reverend Joseph Sheets will conduct services at 10:00 am Tuesday at St. Ambrose Catholic Church with burial in Riverview Cemetery.

Friends may call from 4pm to 8pm Monday and 8:30am to 9:30am at Voss Chapel.   The Rosary will be recited at Voss Chapel at 7pm.
