The baby was born at 4:20 a.m. Sunday morning and had been ill since birth.
Survivors include the parents, Rudolph and Frances Haag Schlatterer, the paternal grandmother, Mrs. Marie Schlatterer; the maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. William Haag; a brother, David, and three sisters, Elizabeth Ann, Mary Frances and Teresa, all at home.
Graveside services will be conducted Tuesday at 3 p.m. at the Catholic cemetery with the Reverend Father Joseph Sheets, assistant pastor of St. Ambrose Catholic Church, officiating.
Friends may call at the Voss Mortuary after 7 p.m. tonight.
