He was a retired lawyer with offices in Covington, and was a member of the Northern Kentucky Bar Association and the Kentucky Bar Association.
Kohrman also was a past editor of the Kentucky Bar Journal, the publication for lawyers in the state.
He also was a director for Columbia Federal Savings and Loan Association. He was a World War II Army veteran and a member of St. Paul Church, Florence; a member of the St. Vincent DePaul Society.
Survivors include his wife, Margaret “Margie” Berling Kohrman; a son, James Kohrman of Denmark; daughters, Susan Paterson of Ashville, North Carolina, Jayne Morrison of Skokie, Illinois, Kathleen Inksetter of Elwood, Ontario, Canada, and Becky Collins of Ft. Mitchell; a brother, Hubert Kohrman of Cincinnati; and 10 grandchildren.
Mass of Christian burial will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at St. Paul Church, Florence. Prayers will be at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday at Stith Funeral Home, Florence. Visitation will be from 4 to 9 p.m. tomorrow at Stith Funeral Home, Florence. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Memorial Park, Erlanger. Memorials are suggested to Redwood School, Fort Mitchell.
