Born June 4, 1952 in Columbus, he was the son of Jesse and Dorothy McMillian Bush. He married Frances Elsner in Greensburg on August 12, 1995 and she survives.
He was a diesel tech and a goldsmith; he worked at Cummins Engine Company, Columbus, for 30 years; bowled on the Garden City Church of Christ men’s league; and enjoyed drag racing, metal detecting, mushroom hunting, treasure hunting, fishing and squirrel hunting.
He is survived by his wife, Frances Elsner, Greensburg; three sons, Mark, Jesse Clarence and Joshua Matthew Bush, Columbus; two step-daughters, Dawn Krekeler and Christy Kunz, Greensburg; two sisters, Sherry Cooper, Delta, Kim Akemon Columbus; and four grandchildren.
The funeral will be held at 2 p.m. on Monday, January 7, 2002 at the Gilliland-Howe Funeral Home, Greensburg. Friend may call at Gilliland-Howe from 2 to 5 p.m. Burial will be at South Park Cemetery in Greensburg.
Memorials may be made to the ALS Association in Indianapolis.
