Robert John Elsner, 67, of Indianapolis died Friday August 4, 1995, at Winona Hospital in Indianapolis.

Mr. Elsner had lived in Indianapolis for 12 years and previously lived in Lebanon, Pennsylvania.

Funeral will be conducted Tuesday at noon at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in North Vernon, with the Reverend James Meade officiating.   Calling will be from 10:30 a.m. until time of service at the church.   He will be buried at the church cemetery.   Arrangements were made by Vance-Fisher-Sawyer Funeral Chapel.

Born in Indianapolis, May 29, 1928, he was the son of August J. and Viola M. Hulsman Elsner.

He is survived by a sister, Sister Ruth Elsner, O.P., Elkins Park, Pennsylvania.
