This is a small campground located approximately 12 miles northeast of Greensburg, Indiana. I had a nice week's stay and enjoyed the quiet country solitude. This was over the fourth of July weekend so naturally you had the occasional fireworks and partying on the weekend, however, during the week I was almost totally by myself. | |

They also have a travel trailer that you can rent. Very nice and cooperative ownership and their married children and grandchildren were all there to make sure you had a nice stay. If you are ever in this neighborhood this is one place I will recommend you visit. |

When I visited Natchez Visitor Center while travelling from Texas to Indiana, my RV refused to start. I was unable to find assistance on my own so I ended up calling around and called Plantation Park to see if they had any suggestions as to people that may have made calls to their park for service. They knew of no one but the owner/operator, Tom Miller, ended up spending the better part of two hours calling service centers, etc. to see if he could find anyone to make a road call. There was no one who had time within the next two days. We ended up calling a friend of his with a wrecker who towed me to Plantation Park & parked my RV. The wrecker operator knew someone who might do the work; we called him and he came over the next day and got me going. Tom went way out of his way to assist me. He took over ownership of this park last fall and has made many improvements already. It looks really nice and has 150 spaces (39 full); 30 & 50 amps; restrooms; showers; laundry; television. If you are in the Natchez area you will not do any better than to stay in this park. | |
